About the Dump Truck Driver Position
This is a local dump truck driving position supporting paving crews throughout Northeast Wisconsin. You will haul asphalt, aggregate, dirt, millings, concrete debris, and other materials between plants, yards, and jobsites throughout Appleton, the Fox Valley, and Northeast Wisconsin. This is not an over-the-road position. Drivers return home every night.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Class A or Class B dump trucks between plants, yards, and jobsites
Haul asphalt, aggregate, dirt, millings, debris, and construction materials
Load, haul, spread, and dump materials as directed
Position the truck safely for loading and paving operations
Secure and tarp loads before transport
Verify weights and remain within legal load limits
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain DOT logs, inspection reports, and delivery tickets
Perform basic truck maintenance and report repair concerns
Support the crew and jobsite between hauls as needed
Keep the truck clean and organized
Follow company, DOT, OSHA, MUTCD, and jobsite safety requirements
Qualifications
Applicants must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL, a valid DOT medical card, and a driving record that meets DOT and company-insurance requirements. This role requires safely operating commercial trucks, tarping and securing loads, lifting at least 50 pounds as needed, and working around active construction sites in changing outdoor conditions.

Experience hauling asphalt, aggregate, dirt, or construction materials
A strong understanding of safe loading, hauling, and dumping practices
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
The ability to complete accurate logs, tickets, and inspection reports
