Concrete Finisher
Place and finish driveways, sidewalks, patios, slabs, curbs, and decorative concrete on local projects throughout the Fox Valley and Northeast Wisconsin. Earn top skilled-trade pay and be home every night.
Pay: $36–$42/hour + overtime
Concrete flatwork and finishing experience required
Class A or Class B CDL required
Local projects; home every night
Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator
Operate pavers, screeds, rollers, compactors, and skid steers on local paving projects throughout the Fox Valley and Northeast Wisconsin. Put your equipment skills to work, earn strong pay, and build toward a lead role.
Pay: $36–$42/hour + overtime
Asphalt paving equipment experience required
Class A or Class B CDL required
Local projects; home every night
Dump Truck Driver
Haul asphalt, aggregate, dirt, millings, debris, and construction materials between local plants, yards, and jobsites. Earn competitive CDL pay without over-the-road driving.
Pay: $32–$38/hour + overtime
Class A or Class B CDL required
Dump truck or construction-hauling experience preferred
Local routes; home every night
Pavement Laborer
Support concrete and asphalt crews with site preparation, grading, forming, paving, finishing, compaction, and cleanup. Learn valuable construction skills and build toward higher-paying roles.
Pay: $20–$36/hour + overtime
Experience helpful but not required
Training and advancement opportunities
